MISSION STATEMENT:

To convince the Raiders, A’s and Warriors to stay long-term and build world-class stadiums in Oakland.  Generate a regional campaign and game plan to to validate that Oakland has the nation’s best new stadium location, individual and corporate fan support as well as long-term economic stability for their respective franchises.

Recommend ideas and plans to generate stadium construction funds to the City of Oakland, Alameda County, Raiders, A’s and Warriors officials. Recommendations may include but not be limited to fundraising events, naming rights or creative financing concepts. One option is creation of a nonprofit organization.

Generate corporate or individual interest in stadium facilities investment that would create badly-needed jobs and revenue for the East Bay.

Provide a forum for fans, businesses, elected officials, union members and interested residents throughout the region  to make retention of the Raiders, A’s and Warriors a Northern California priority

Help develop a public, written and transparent game plan for the Oakland/Alameda County Joint Powers Authority, Oakland Mayor/City Council and Alameda County Board of Supervisors to retain these teams.

Secure resolutions from the City Council of Oakland, Alameda County Board of Supervisors, Alameda County and Contra Costa Mayors Conferences as well as other Northern California cities that they will publicly declare - via media and public meetings - that retention of the Raiders, A’s and Warriors in Oakland is a formal priority.

Obtain a commitment from the Raiders, A's and Warriors to stay in Oakland.
