Policies & Appointment Request

At Seasons Spa and Salon, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients.  Please make yourself aware of our company policies.  If you chose, you may request an appointment below.  We will contact you within 24 hours  to confirm if  we have any availabilities for the time you have requested.  If you need an appointment right away, please call 478-987-2737.

 Payment Information

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover, debit cards, cash and Seasons Spa & Salon gift certificates. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.


Prices may vary for each service provider and are subject to change.


Industry standard for gratuity is 15%-20% but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.  While cash is preferred, you may leave the tip on your credit card only if you are paying for the service with a credit card.  Gratuities are included in all spa and salon packages.

Cancellation Policy

Season's Spa & Salon understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us.  However, we do ask that you give us fair warning.  As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation. 

Late Policy

When you book a service with us your appointment is scheduled with service providers whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment.  If you are 15 minutes late  you may reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.   If you are 15 minutes late for a spa treatment you may opt to shorten your treatment.

Our products come with a  2 week 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Products may not be returned after 2 weeks from date of purchase. 

Excessive Cancellations or No Shows

If you have 2 consecutive cancellations or no shows, we require that payment be made in full prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates when purchased have a monetary value regardless of the suggested treatment chosen for the recepient and may be used for any of our products and services.  Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.  Gift Certificates expire after ONE YEAR from purchase date; and  prices are subject to change.

Spa and Salon Packages

Please allow 3 -4 weeks when booking packages with multiple services.  Seasons staff must be notified of light meal option at time of booking the package.

 Series are Non Refundable and Non Transferable

When you purchase a series of treatments, you wll receive a discounted price.  Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your series.  Unfortunately, these series are not refundable and can not be transfer to another person. 

Spa Etiquette

For any treatment, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to check in, fill out a health questionnaire, and enjoy our facilities.  We ask that you drink plenty of water prior to your massage.

Age Restrictions

Children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.   Brazilian waxing is not permited on anyone under the age of 18.

Health Concerns or Issues

It is your responsiblilty to notify the service provider of any medical conerns, allergies, or medications you are taking prior to any of our spa and salon services.    If you are in doubt, our trained experts will be glad to discuss whether or not you should have any kind of treatment .  In some cases, a medical note from your doctor may be required.
